• Proposed departure and return dates;
• Student year and number of students and teachers travelling.

2. QUOTATION:

• We will forward you a written quotation.

3. DEPOSIT:

• A deposit of $550 is required to confirm your booking.

4. ITINERARY and BOOKINGS:

• On receiving your deposit, your accommodation, itinerary and coach will be booked.
• We will forward you written confirmation of your itinerary and a final quote.

5. FINAL PAYMENT:

• A Tax Invoice will be forwarded to you and payment is required within 14 days from Tax Invoice date.
